The discovery session is designed for us to get to know one another. In coaching it is important there is a good fit between you and your coach. The discovery session is fashioned with that in mind, where we:
- Discuss what coaching is (and is not)
- Review your pre-work (Getting to Know You form)*
- Gain an understanding of expectations
- Determine chemistry before any coaching commitment is made
Assuming you are comfortable moving forward, we will schedule your FREE coaching session. What goal or topic would life coaching help you address? You will set the coaching objective.
Think about what you want to move forward with or change. Perhaps there is a situation that causes you frustration or you feel stuck. Those are all excellent coaching scenarios.
Through listening and asking questions, I will help you navigate the stages of awareness, vision for what could be, strategies and action, and how to handle potential obstacles related to your coaching objective.
Coaching helps you look forward toward solutions and points you to the potential God placed within you. It’s a privilege to participate in the coaching process with you, as we draw out the gifts and talents you have been given by God in advance for good works He established with you in mind.

Recipient must also be willing to complete a “Pre-Coaching Session” form prior to receiving one FREE life coaching session. There is no purchase necessary to receive FREE sessions. Scheduling is contingent upon coach availability.
